Rental management tends to spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and notebooks.
A development environment that relied on an external service blocked any offline testing.
Login needed a second factor without paying for an SMS service.
The solution
What we built
Three containers (Postgres, Express API and React front end) start with one command, with schema and seed data on first run.
The verification code is shown on screen and in the API log while nothing leaves the machine.
Demo data ready to go: properties, tenants, a contract, invoices and a sample conversation.
