Who we are
Globeely is a design and development company. This website is our company and contact channel. Questions about this policy: contato@globeely.com.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: name, email, phone, company (if provided), project type, timeline, budget range and the description of what you need.
Along with the submission, we record the IP address and browser used. These two fields exist to investigate abuse and automated submissions, not to profile visitors, and are never shown publicly.
What we use it for
To reply to your message and, if we move forward, to prepare the project proposal. We don't send newsletters, and we don't sell, trade or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
In a database under our administration, with access restricted to our own password-protected accounts. We make periodic automatic backups, also kept by us.
For how long
Requests that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months, a period in which it still makes sense to pick the conversation back up. Client data follows the contract term and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
The public website doesn't use tracking cookies, social media pixels or third-party analytics tools. The only cookie is the admin panel session cookie, restricted to people who work at Globeely.
Your rights
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to contato@globeely.com and we'll reply within 15 days.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting anything different, this page is updated first, with the revision date at the top.
